Rewriting Hangul was a workshop I hosted to reflect on foreignness of the way I learned how to read and write in Hangul as someone who grew up away from her mainland culture and heritage. Collectively, our group created a new Hangul writing system that ended up turning into a workbook much like the ones I used as a kid.
